Fantastic experience with Dan and the team from start to finish. Every person I encountered during my 3-month engagement with LVC was professional and highly knowledgeable. The surgery was quick, painless and Dan made me feel at ease during then whole procedure. Recovery was pain free and full time for eyes to completely adjust has been very manageable. I attended London vision clinic after reading online they may be able to treat higher prescriptions. I had been for 3 consultations at different clinics previously and was turned away from all 3 due to very high prescription. I attended the initial screening, which was extremely thorough and in depth. First impressions of the clinic were fantastic; everyone I met, including the girls on reception, were super helpful and friendly. The clinic were happy to proceed with my surgery, despite my super high prescription, they had the equipment and expertise to accommodate this. A meeting with the surgeon Glenn and my surgery date was booked, the booking process was extremely easy and accommodating; taking into consideration my commute and distance from the clinic. I met with Glenn; who was an expert. He answered all of my questions and took his time to make sure I fully understood everything. On the day of surgery I was very anxious. The whole team went above and beyond to calm and reassure me. Glenn was an absolute diamond during surgery, reassuring, calming and gentle. It was so much easier than I anticipated. He contacted me the night of surgery to ensure everything was which I thought was a lovely touch and was very reassuring to know I could contact him if needed. I’m now 4 months post laser and my results are absolutely life changing. My surgery was a huge success and I’m now glasses free, something I never thought was possible. The aftercare has been great and my healing process has been pretty straight forward. I cannot recommend London vision clinic enough. One of my favourite things about the process is how personal it all was. Each appointment I have attended has never felt rushed or like a ‘conveyor belt’ of patients.
