I had my gastric sleeve surgery with Tonic in May 2023. I've lost just under 10st and I've been maintaining for over 12 months. My Surgeon was Mr Awad, a leading professional in his field, knowledgeable and personable too. I trusted him from the off. I had my surgery at Burcott Hall, the hospital was clean, the staff were friendly and on hand whenever I needed them. My pain management after surgery was amazing and the nurses couldn't do enough for me. I had my gastric sleeve with Tonic at the Oaklands Hospital in November 2021 and I honestly couldn’t recommend Tonic and the hospital and the surgeons in the staff enough. Pre-op & postop there’s always been somebody there for support or to answer any questions that I had the results have been incredible and I’ve lost over the 7.9 stone My surgeon was Dr Simon Dexter and I have regular check-in with him the nurses the PT Harry hedges and multiple people from Tonic still to this day. I really do think they are the best provider in the UK possibly even in the world the weight loss surgery is that they do as the after-care is 2nd to none. They’re brilliant, they’re understanding and they know that it’s a rollercoaster of a journey and they’re going to help the whole way through.
