I feel like I should share my experience to caution others against trusting this company. What was meant to be a life-changing consultation and positive reviews turned out to be a deeply frustrating and emotionally situation.
My journey began with a phone consultation with Dr. Ryan Turner, who assured me that I was a perfect candidate in which I was very doubtful and I had sent pictures and messages saying are you sure Im the right candidate with a voice message he said yes 100% right candidate for the procedure. Naturally, I felt hopeful and excited. Unfortunately, that optimism was short-lived.
From the start, the reception and communication were poor. Calls were rarely answered, and when they were, I was frequently passed from one department to another—most of which didn’t pick up either. This lack of professinism should have warned me this was the first red flag.
I was told to arrive 30 minutes before my appointment. Wanting to be proactive, I arrived 40 minutes early. Despite this, I was barely acknowledged. No welcome, no update—just a quick check-in to fill out paperwork and make a further payment. After that, I was left waiting *over an hour and 20 minutes past my appointment time.
During my wait, I could clearly see the surgeon chatting casually in the hallway with colleagues about topics completely unrelated to work. It was unprofessional and frustrating, especially given how long I had been waiting.
When Dr. Carlos finally saw me, he did *not* apologize for the delay. Within seconds, he dismissed me as “not a suitable candidate”—a complete reversal from what the other dr had told me during the phone consultation. I was shocked and emotional, even began to cry, and his response was completely lacking in empathy. He simply said, "Oh, we refuse so many candidates," and then walked off—conveniently just in time for his next appointment, who apparently *was* a perfect candidate. Due to Dr Carlos being 1 hour 20 minutes late this is why he refused me but I knew I was the right candidate because when I asked for my refund they asked me to go to Dr Ahmed who's another surgeon for a second opinion but they just are all unprofessional Dr's.
To make matters worse, I was assured I would receive a full refund due to the circumstances. As of today, I have still not received it.
I was between the options of faceland which takes a year on the waiting list before being seen or this company I highly trusted I would get good results from Signature Clinic but clearly not.
I urge anyone considering this clinic to think twice. What they offer in words, they fail to deliver in action. They are disorganized, unempathetic, and unreliable. Save yourself the time, emotional stress, and financial risk. Look elsewhere.
I usually never write a review but this experience has been the worse in which I felt was right to write a review and warn others of this business.
